International Shipping: Customs and Documentation

We want sending your samples to the UK to be as simple and stress-free as possible. All customs documentation is included in the pre-printed DHL Medical Express label, so there’s no paperwork for you to complete.

The only exception is Malta, where we must provide a physical customs document for you to include when sending your samples.

Rest assured: You will never be asked to pay customs fees or any extra charges. The shipping label is created and paid for from our account. If anyone ever requests payment for your sample shipment, please do not pay and contact our Customer Support team immediately.

To make sure your sample reaches us safely:

  • Place your sample securely in the original kit box, then into the DHL Medical Express bag.

  • Insert the pre-paid return label into the plastic sleeve on the back of the shipping bag — do not stick it directly onto the bag.

  • Seal the bag carefully, keeping it flat and spacious so all markings are visible.

  • Keep your tracking number handy to follow your shipment.
