Understanding Cyrex Testing
Exploring immune reactivity and the relationship between the immune system and key areas of health
Cyrex testing provides practitioners with a range of advanced laboratory tests designed to explore immune responses to specific tissues, foods and environmental triggers.
The testing can be particularly useful when a practitioner is looking to gain a deeper understanding of patterns of immune reactivity and how these may relate to an individual’s health picture.
What is Cyrex testing?Cyrex Laboratories specialises in antibody testing, with a range of Arrays that look at different areas of immune reactivity.
Rather than offering a single, one-size-fits-all test, Cyrex provides a selection of Arrays and bundles, allowing practitioners to choose testing based on the individual clinical picture and the information they are looking to investigate.
What can Cyrex Arrays look at?The different Cyrex Arrays focus on areas such as:
- Intestinal barrier and gut-related immune reactivity
- Gluten and wheat-related immune responses
- Multiple tissue and organ-specific immune reactivity
- Neurological and neuroimmune-related markers
- Environmental and food-related immune responses
Each Array has a specific purpose, so practitioners can select the most appropriate option for their client rather than testing everything unnecessarily.
Cyrex Arrays and BundlesAt Regenerus, we offer a selection of individual Cyrex Arrays alongside Cyrex bundles, making it easier for practitioners to access complementary testing where appropriate.
On the Regenerus Practitioner Portal, CYX18 onwards are bundles, with eight bundles currently available:
CYX18, CYX22, CYX19, CYX23, CYX20, CYX24, CYX21 and CYX25.
When selecting a test within the portal, practitioners can view the individual test information to understand what is included and determine which option is most suitable.
Who can order Cyrex testing?Cyrex testing is available to registered practitioners through the Regenerus Practitioner Portal.
As with all specialist testing, results should be considered alongside the client’s history, symptoms and other relevant clinical information. Cyrex testing is intended to support practitioners in their clinical investigation and should not be viewed in isolation.
Ordering Cyrex through RegenerusCyrex testing can be ordered directly through your Regenerus Practitioner Portal. We offer a mixture of individual Arrays and bundles, giving practitioners flexibility when selecting the most appropriate testing for their clients.
If you are unsure which Cyrex test may be most appropriate, our Client Services team can help with general test and ordering queries.
A deeper look at immune reactivity
Cyrex testing gives practitioners access to specialised antibody testing that can form part of a broader investigative approach. With a range of individual Arrays and bundles available through Regenerus, practitioners can select testing based on the specific questions they are looking to explore with their clients.
