Booking a DHL Collection (UK)

Regenerus uses DHL Medical Express, a specialist courier service designed for the transportation of medical specimens. This ensures samples are handled appropriately in transit and typically arrive at the laboratory within 1–2 working days. To return your kit, you will need to book a DHL collection using the return label provided.

What you need before booking

When arranging your collection, please have your 10-digit waybill number available. This is shown on your DHL return label included in the kit.

Shipment dimensions for all Regenerus sample returns are:

25cm × 15cm × 10cm

Booking online

To schedule your collection online:

  • Visit https://mydhl.express.dhl/

  • Navigate to Ship > Schedule a Pickup

  • Select No — do not create a label

  • Enter your 10-digit waybill number when prompted

  • Complete the remaining booking details as requested

Booking by phone

If you prefer to book by telephone, please contact DHL Customer Service:

DHL Customer Service (UK): 0344 248 0012

  • Select Option 1 to arrange a courier collection

  • Provide your 10-digit waybill number

  • DHL will schedule a collection within a preferred 2-hour window

  • A reference number will be issued for your booking
