How do I book a sample collection?
International Customers
For an online booking please have your 10-digit waybill number ready, visit https://mydhl.express.dhl/, select your country location, click on "Ship/Send > Schedule a Pickup", select "No - do not create label", and populate the requested fields.
To book by phone please call your local DHL customer service, select Option 1 to arrange a courier, and state the 10-digit waybill number. A collection will be scheduled within a preferred 2-hour window, and a reference number will be provided.
When booking a sample return, the dimensions for your shipment will always be 25cm x 15cm x 10cm.
