Packaging & Labelling

When returning your samples from outside the UK, please follow these packaging steps to help your sample arrive safely and avoid delays.

  • Place all of your samples inside the test kit box before shipping.

  • Put the box inside the DHL Medical Express bag provided. Please keep the bag flat rather than wrapping it around the box.

  • Insert your return label into the plastic sleeve on the back of the DHL bag.

  • Please avoid sticking the label directly onto the bag.

  • Follow the DHL shipping instructions included in your test kit.
