What do I need to do to return my test sample?

Please follow all labelling instructions carefully and book your DHL collection at least one working day in advance. Ensure that all paperwork and specimen tubes are clearly labelled with the patient’s full name, date of birth, and sample collection date.

Place the sample container into the provided biohazard or plastic zip-lock bag together with the absorbent material. Pack the sample securely in the original box provided (or another suitable cardboard box if the original is unavailable).

Attach the DHL return label flat to the back of the DHL shipping bag, place the boxed sample inside the bag, and seal it securely. Finally, place the Customs Clearance Document and Commercial Invoice (if provided) into the outer document pouch.
