What should I do if DHL doesn’t show up or I have issues booking?

If DHL doesn’t arrive or you have trouble booking a pickup, please contact DHL Customer Service at 0344 248 0012.  Have the following information from your shipping label ready:

• Waybill number

• PRG number

• Shipper’s name and address

• Receiver’s name and address

This will help DHL resolve your issue quickly.
