What should I NOT do when returning my test sample?
International Customers
Please do not ship your sample on a Thursday, Friday, or the day before a UK Bank Holiday.
Always place your sample inside a box and do not ship it without one.
Do not place the DHL return label inside the box or packaging.
Do not place requisition forms in the outer side pocket or loose inside the DHL shipping bag.
Ensure that the following markings and wording on the label remain fully visible at all times and are not obscured in any way:
– UN3373 diamond
– Heart symbol
– Pink line with TDX wording
– “Biological Substance, Category B”
– “OVERPACK”
– “MEDICAL EXPRESS”
– “DHL EXPRESS”
Please note: DHL drop-off service is NOT available for biological substances.
