1. Notification and Guidance

• You will be informed by your practitioner that your test order has been placed.

• Your practitioner will explain what the test is for, what it measures, and why it’s being recommended.

• DHL will also notify you directly with an estimated delivery date, so you’ll know when your test kit is arriving.

2. Receiving Your Test Kit

• The test kit will be sent directly to your home address.

• Kits come with clear, step-by-step instructions for collecting your sample safely and correctly.

3. Collecting Your Sample

• Your practitioner will receive your results and review them with you.

• Your results are secure and confidential, accessible only to you and your practitioner.
