Regenerus Labs Practitioner Registration & Eligibility

Use this guide to confirm your eligibility and have everything ready to order tests through Regenerus Labs.

Who Can Order Tests

Practitioners must hold an approved professional qualification (Level 6 diploma, degree, or equivalent) and have an active Regenerus practitioner account. They should work within personalised, functional, or integrative healthcare.

Accepted Practitioner Types:

• Nutritional Therapist

• Functional Medicine Practitioner

• Naturopath

• Medical Doctor

• Acupuncturist

• Chiropractor

• Osteopath

• Dentist

• Pharmacist

• Nurse Prescriber

• Other approved healthcare professionals

Student Practitioners:

• Final-year students or students at Level 4, 5, or 6 from an approved nutrition training provider

• Accounts are for educational or supervised clinical use

International Practitioners:

• Must hold equivalent qualifications

• All documents must be translated into English

Notes:

• Tests are not for direct patient/public use

Practitioner Account Approval

To get approved:

1. Submit your application with qualifications and professional details

2. Verification of your documents by the Regenerus team

3. Receive account activation confirmation

Practitioner Verification Timeline

• Standard verification usually takes 1–2  business days

• Respond promptly if additional documents are requested

• Submit all required documents at once to avoid delays

• Receive a confirmation email when your account is active

• English translations for international documents
